Speaker, Panelist & Moderator Resources

Please review the below action items/deadlines that contain important information regarding your participation at the conference.  These forms can be downloaded from below.  Please fill out the forms and send to Kayla Appelt, Conference Coordinator, at KaylaA@tradefairgroup.com, or fax to 832-242-1971 by the due dates listed below.

**If you are a Session Chairperson or Moderator, please ignore the action items that do not apply to you.  This Confirmation Kit was sent to you for reference purposes regarding what is being sent to speakers/panelists.** 

- Speaker/Panelist Bio – Please send a bio, 4-8 sentences max, to KaylaA@tradefairgroup.com by September 15, 2010.

- Audio Visual Requirements - Standard audio-visual equipment is set in each of the conference rooms.  Please refer to the audio-visual form online to ensure you will have the necessary equipment for your presentation at the conference.  Return the form, only if you need additional equipment listed in Section B.  For additional A/V orders, please return the completed form by September 15.

- Hotel Accommodations - It is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as possible to secure your preferred hotel.  Please refer to the online Hotel Form for rates and reservation information.

- Final Paper/Presentation Instructions –Speakers/Panelists are requested to submit final papers/presentations by September 15, 2010.  Please e-mail your paper/presentation to Kayla Appelt at KaylaA@tradefairgroup.com by September 15 for inclusion on the EnergyOcean Pacific/ Ocean Renewable Energy Conference Proceedings.  **Please be sure to bring a back-up copy of your presentation to the conference.  Your presentation will NOT be preloaded on the computer.**

- Speaker/Panelist Agreement & Replacement Form – Please read, sign and send back the speaker agreement form online by September 15.  The Replacement Form is to be filled out ONLY if you need to send an alternate in your place.
